Shipping & Delivery
We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland (Please note that some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland attract additional postage costs - please email us at email@example.com for more information.
We aim to ship orders on the same or next working day that they are received.
Delivery Costs for your order are calculated on weight and size. For smaller and lighter packages we use Royal Mail. For heavier packages we offer our customers the choice of Royal Mail Standard Parcels or a next day delivery service using UK Mail. Royal Mail Standard Parcels are normally delivered in 3 working days after posting, including Saturdays. However, this is not guaranteed and can take longer.
All claims against damage, loss or late delivery of your order must be taken up with the postage service provider, Royal Mail or UK Mail, not Ski-Bitz, although we may offer advice in how to deal with your claim. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery of your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if their order has not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of our invoice. If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
Ski-Bitz endeavours to handle any complaints fairly and competently. Complaints are best submitted by email on the Contact Us page.
Refunds & Cancellations
If there is a genuine fault with your product with the manufacture of your ordered product Ski-Bitz will provide a full refund less delivery costs incurred. The goods must remain complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. You must contact us, and we must confirm the return, before sending them back to us. A full refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us and inspected by us.
If we are unable to dispatch a product due to unavailability or for any other reason we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment taken without obligation to fulfil your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange: You can return your product to us (having agreed it with us first and in a complete state with all its original packaging) to exchange it for the correct size which is available on our site. Exchanges are made at the discretion of Ski-Bitz employees and the customer will incur the additional delivery costs of any replacement. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
Cancellation: In the event that you change your mind about an item you can cancel your order. If you cancel your order before it is posted you will receive a full refund for your order including postage. If you notify us after postage you must return the item to us (unused, in its full state and original packaging) and will be charged 15% to restock any items, you will also be charged for postage costs incurred. All cancellations and returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
WarrantiesAll product warranties are with their respective manufacturers and details of these warranties can be found in the product packaging.
